Senior AI Engineer

In this strategic assistant vice president leadership role, you will take absolute accountability for the development, deployment, and governance of enterprise-grade AI, machine learning, and GenAI solutions. Furthermore, you will advocate for digital transformation by identifying and promoting high-impact cognitive use cases before senior business leaders. Consequently, this position is crucial for maximizing capital returns and accelerating intelligent platform scaling.

The Senior AI Engineer must combine deep quantitative research depth with hands-on architecture design mastery spanning advanced cloud services. Additionally, you will define corporate MLOps and DataOps standards, orchestrate vector database models, and construct autonomous agentic AI workflows. Therefore, the firm is looking for a technical strategist with exceptional problem-solving capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, deployment, and structural governance of complex AI and machine learning solutions.
• Identify, evaluate, and promote innovative business use cases for generative model deployment across divisions.
• Manage functional design, process scenario layouts, rapid prototyping runs, and user training sessions.
• Construct advanced automated chatbot systems and process flows using the full Microsoft technology stack.
• Conduct deep technical benchmarking evaluations of large language models provided by major global market entities.
• Advise executive stakeholders on emerging technology waves, framework risks, and artificial intelligence trends.
• Implement secure data protection controls to safeguard underlying intellectual property and cloud model files.
• Configure advanced AI Agent systems and multi-agent workflows using LangChain and automated tools.
• Define and govern corporate MLOps pipelines to shorten deployment lifecycles and streamline tracking.
• Design optimized vector databases, NoSQL database parameters, and relational database schemas.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification explicitly focused on Artificial Intelligence or Data Science fields.
• Minimum 10-15 Years of experience in the IT industry, with 6+ years applying AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
• Professional certifications in Azure cloud services, Data Science architectures, or related technical branches.
• Expert programming command over TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, and Cosmos DB.
• Prior background operating within the banking, financial services, or regulated consulting industry is preferred.
