MIS Executive

A Leading Life Insurance Company is seeking an analytical MIS Executive to join its core operations management branch in Bengaluru. In this high-impact reporting position, you will take responsibility for collecting, validating, and managing large datasets extracted from multiple enterprise channels. The MIS Executive must combine advanced spreadsheet mastery with functional script writing capabilities to automate redundant reporting workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional units, including Finance, Sales, and IT, to translate complex operational specifications into interactive dashboards. Therefore, the company is looking for a data practitioner with hands-on experience handling business intelligence engines. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and govern large-scale multi-source datasets to ensure absolute data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and publish detailed MIS reports, performance trackers, and operational dashboards routinely.
• Perform rigorous data analysis to isolate shifting industry trends, transaction anomalies, and growth opportunities.
• Design and automate recurring corporate reporting processes utilizing Advanced Excel models, BI tools, and Python scripts.
• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations summarizing corporate KPIs and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support area business heads with ad-hoc financial analysis and data-driven operational decision support.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document evolving platform data requirements.
• Maintain clean technical documentation covering report structures, dashboard flows, and database source codes.
• Utilize advanced SQL query strings to execute data extraction loops across multiple enterprise storage tables.
• Optimize turnaround times (TAT) for report generation while maintaining full compliance with regulatory parameters.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Commerce, or Engineering.
• 2-3 Years of hands-on professional experience focused on MIS reporting, data analysis, or operations support.
• Expert practical command over MS Excel (including advanced Pivot Tables, Power Query, and macro dashboards).
• Familiarity with business intelligence applications (Power BI or Tableau) and basic Python coding (Pandas and NumPy).
• Strong logical problem-solving abilities paired with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
