  • Prepare comprehensive filing and launch documents in conjunction with the Actuarial team to meet IRDAI guidelines.
  • Conduct regular macro-level benchmarking and identify “white spaces” in the current industry product portfolio.
  • Proactively track competitor features and product launches through detailed research and analysis.
  • Liaise with cross-functional departments, including Investments and Legal, to obtain necessary inputs and sign-offs.
  • Own the creation and approval of system BRDs and conduct UAT to ensure error-free product implementation.
  • Design and develop high-quality training content and course materials for distributors and field staff.
  • Build strategic positioning and sales pitches for both B2B and B2C channels to enhance field knowledge.
  • Perform periodic reviews of product performance and share insight-driven reports with the Product Head.
  • Maintain the product pages on the company website to improve visibility and ensure content accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree or an MBA in Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience, with at least 2 to 4 years specifically in Life Insurance.
  • In-depth understanding of Life Insurance products and the broader regulatory landscape in India.
  • Proven project management capabilities with a track record of meeting defined launch timelines.
  • Strong technical proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and sales surveys.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex product concepts to senior stakeholders.
