  • Conduct product launch sessions to train the sales force and facilitate internal education.
  • Develop sales enablers such as pitch stories, FAQs, and one-pagers to effectively communicate ideas.
  • Responsible for rejuvenating existing products for different channels through specialized pitches.
  • Conduct gap analysis for new products and manage departmental audit and quality assurance procedures.
  • Handle specific product-related queries from internal teams and customers with timely responses.
  • Provide e-learning content and modules to increase product awareness among the sales force.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a background in Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in product management or actuarial functions within the life insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules and interdependent cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent technical writing skills for the creation of comprehensive product documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex product designs into aesthetic and customer-friendly sales enablers.
  • Knowledge of the IRDAI regulatory filing process and compliance standards for insurance products.
