Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the institutional project sales strategy to secure high-volume material orders for mega projects.
  • Liaise directly with architects, project management consultants (PMCs), and developers to lock product specifications.
  • Manage and deploy a dedicated team of project sales engineers across major regional markets.
  • Track ongoing and upcoming public infrastructure projects, real estate hubs, and smart city developments.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, structured payment milestones, and strict supply schedules with main contractors.
  • Coordinate with internal supply chain and production plants to ensure seamless material delivery to site.
  • Establish a robust CRM system to track project stages from initial design concept to final order booking.
  • Oversee the documentation process, including technical submittals, vendor approvals, and mock-up certifications.
  • Collaborate with credit risk teams to manage project cash flows and handle complex billing metrics.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive leadership team on pipeline health and competitive landscape moves.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • B.E. or B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) preferred, combined with a full-time MBA in Sales or Marketing.
  • 10 to 14 years of experience in project sales within the building materials, steel, cement, or HVAC industries.
  • Deep network among top-tier real estate developers, infrastructure builders, and architects.
  • Strong presentation skills to handle complex technical product presentations before selection committees.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional project execution teams and manage tight logistics deadlines.
