A Leading Technology Services Group is seeking an innovative GenAI Automation BA to drive artificial intelligence integration projects across enterprise business workflows. In this specialized functional role, you will evaluate existing operational processes to identify Generative AI and process automation opportunities. Furthermore, you will write detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional blueprints to guide software engineering teams. Consequently, this position is crucial for embedding frontier LLM tools into daily business operations.
The GenAI Automation BA must combine solid business analysis capabilities in Agile environments with a practical understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and document generation platforms. Working closely with business headers and technical squads, you will support testing execution, user adoption, and basic AI platform troubleshooting. Therefore, the company is looking for a proactive analyst who navigates data monetization platforms and AI assistants comfortably. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, evaluate, and document comprehensive functional business requirements for Generative AI implementations.
- Identify AI-driven process improvement opportunities and formulate automation deployment roadmaps.
- Support the seamless integration of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Assistants into core business process flows.
- Compile precise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Agile user stories, functional blueprints, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business, data science, and technology teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
- Support functional testing, user acceptance (UAT), change management, and basic AI assistant platform troubleshooting.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an allied discipline.
- 8+ Years of core Business Analysis experience, with direct exposure to business transformation initiatives.
- Practical knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI assistants, and data monetization platforms.
- Proven hands-on proficiency in Agile software development methodologies, user story writing, and BRD creation.
- Strong stakeholder management, technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication capabilities.
