A leading pension management company is seeking a seasoned professional for the Deputy Manager – Key Accounts role in Delhi. The Deputy Manager – Key Accounts will lead a sales team to improve productivity and achieve critical organizational goals. Additionally, you will conduct NPS awareness sessions and engage with senior corporate stakeholders and nodal officers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive NPS growth across assigned geographies.
- Manage and deepen relationships with large corporate and PSU accounts to increase market share.
- Lead and support the sales team to enhance overall productivity, performance, and goal achievement.
- Conduct regular NPS awareness sessions and engage directly with nodal officers and senior stakeholders.
- Acquire new NPS and annuity clients while monitoring competitor activity to safeguard existing accounts.
- Travel to various corporate locations to strengthen engagement and explore new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored employee benefit solutions to corporate clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory norms while providing timely management reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in sales and business development.
- Essential Qualification: Graduation in any field; however, an MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in retail sales with specific experience in handling and leading teams.
- Experience managing key accounts within the corporate or public sector undertaking (PSU) space.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong sales planning and competitive team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Retirement and Pension ecosystem and the B2C sales landscape.
