  • Deliver overall Zonal Profitability and ensure each region meets its targeted financial goals.
  • Take primary ownership of the company’s Sales & Revenue Budgets and strategic expansion plans.
  • Drive the acquisition of large franchisees by providing strategic direction to Regional and Cluster Managers.
  • Analyze high-potential business areas and build strong networks with local businessmen and entrepreneurs.
  • Design and implement a differentiated value proposition to attract top-tier partners from the competition.
  • Ensure the growth of existing business partners by providing on-ground sales support and engagement.
  • Retain top-performing franchisees through regular interaction and high-level relationship management.
  • Enforce strict adherence to surveillance and compliance policies across the entire franchisee network.
  • Drive the growth of the temporary funding book to increase interest income and zonal profitability.
  • Motivate partners to cross-sell a one-stop solution of financial products to enhance customer retention.

Strategic Supporting Actions

  • Acquire large leverage (funding) clients to improve stable cash equity volumes and delivery-based revenue.
  • Transition business partners to mobile, web, and executive platforms to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Recommend and approve competitive broking commercials for high-potential prospective franchisees.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for partners on online trading platforms and market emerging trends.
  • Execute structured engagement plans with potential entrepreneurs and existing competitors’ franchisees.
  • Map specialized skill-sets to business requirements through continuous team training and development.
  • Mentor and guide Regional Heads, Cluster Managers, and Customer Service Executives (CSEs).

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in the Broking or Capital Markets industry at a senior management level.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and achieving large-scale revenue targets.
  • Significant experience in franchisee acquisition, activation, and relationship management.

  • Deep understanding of competitive offerings and market dynamics in the regional broking space.
  • Strong financial acumen for managing commercials, funding books, and profitability levers.
