  • Deliver robust commercial results on strategic product mixes across OPD, health check-up, and employee assistance lines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on fresh B2B market opportunities and enterprise client segments.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term corporate relationships with key insurance brokers and external partners.
  • Take full personal accountability for the client onboarding experience and localized corporate health setups.
  • Manage comprehensive profit and loss statements and financial budget boundaries at the client level.
  • Utilize standard data presentation frameworks and spreadsheet engines to monitor regional pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with internal operations units to accelerate delivery and resolve corporate group escalations.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the daily field execution timelines of your assigned business development team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines.
  • 3-6 Years of successful business development experience, preferably within corporate wellness or healthcare sales.
  • Demonstrated history of driving product mix performance across multiple institutional client accounts.
  • Strong team management skills paired with a self-motivated approach to executing sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal negotiation capabilities, and a high willingness to learn technology platforms.
