UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer must combine exceptional visual design standards with an expert practical mastery of modern design systems and layout architectures. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will navigate project ambiguities comfortably to introduce novel interaction patterns from scratch. Key Responsibilities

• Translate highly complex financial data requirements into scannable user flows, wireframes, and interactive mockups.
• Construct high-fidelity prototypes to establish intuitive user journeys across web and data-heavy internal applications.
• Design specialized user journeys for novel software applications, setting next-generation internal design interaction models.
• Create polished user interfaces that maintain strict alignment with established corporate brand guidelines and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, systems engineers, and business leaders to gather usability feedback arrays.
• Champion a structured user-centered design approach, keeping the functional needs of the end-user central to sprint cycles.
• Articulate, explain, and defend visual design logic and user experience decisions confidently to steering committees.
• Develop comprehensive information architecture maps, layout frameworks, and responsive interaction design assets.
• Utilize component management layers, layout libraries, and interactive prototype structures within Figma platforms.
• Partner with front-end engineering teams to evaluate technical implementation boundaries and system configuration rules.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• 5+ Years of professional experience operating as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Specialist.
• Proven core portfolio demonstrating expertise building layouts for data-heavy tools, BI analytics dashboards, or AI platforms.
• Expert-level technical proficiency handling Figma software architectures, advanced components, and micro-interactions.
• Demonstrated capacity to self-start, manage structural project ambiguity, and operate independently with minimal direction.
• Beneficial awareness of front-end web development parameters including foundational HTML structure and CSS style sheets.
