A Leading Technology Services Firm is seeking a highly skilled Total Agility Developer to join its digital process automation practice in Bengaluru. In this technical engineering position, you will take full responsibility for designing, developing, and deploying robust business process automation workflows using Tungsten and Kofax Total Agility platforms. Furthermore, you will build and integrate custom forms, business rules, and automation scripts to optimize enterprise operational efficiency. Consequently, this role is essential for accelerating digital workflow transformation across enterprise systems.
The Total Agility Developer must combine strong hands-on development expertise in .NET, C#, and JavaScript with practical experience integrating cloud services. Working within an agile team, you will collaborate with business analysts and technology stakeholders to integrate workflow solutions with Azure cloud services for AI-enabled capabilities. Therefore, the group is looking for an analytical problem-solver who troubleshoots and optimizes complex enterprise workflows comfortably. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy business process automation solutions utilizing Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility (Version 8 / 2026.1 and above).
- Analyze business process requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and automated workflows.
- Integrate Total Agility solutions with enterprise backend applications, third-party databases, and RESTful web services.
- Connect Total Agility with Azure cloud services to support AI-assisted and cognitive automation solution delivery.
- Develop custom responsive forms, business rule validation scripts, and C#/.NET background automation components.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Total Agility workflows to maintain maximum runtime performance.
- Maintain solution architecture documentation, workflow configurations, and standard operational support runbooks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8-10 Years of relevant IT experience with proven specialization in developing Tungsten / Kofax Total Agility solutions.
- Strong programming proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and relational database SQL querying.
- Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts, API integrations, and web service architectures.
- Beneficial credentials: Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility certification; experience within BFSI or Insurance domains.
