In this strategic consulting role, you will take full responsibility for identifying, documenting, and managing transformation requirements throughout the end-to-end change lifecycle. The Transformation Project Mgr must combine extensive project management discipline with deep domain experience across Commercial, Retail, Wealth, or Private Banking sectors. Working closely with senior corporate stakeholders, you will ensure total alignment between business goals, investment business cases, and regulatory standards. Therefore, the firm is looking for an analytical leader who directs cross-functional delivery teams comfortably under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs across Commercial, Institutional, Retail, Wealth, or Private Banking domains.
- Identify, capture, document, and manage change requirements across all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to align strategic objectives with delivery outcomes and program vision.
- Drive program governance, executive reporting, risk/issue (RAID) management, and financial oversight.
- Ensure delivery compliance with financial regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget allocations.
- Provide strategic input into program planning, business investment cases, target operating models, and delivery roadmaps.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10+ Years of dedicated project management experience leading transformation programs within Financial Services.
- Proven domain exposure to Commercial Banking, Institutional Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Banking.
- Demonstrated mastery of change lifecycle management, program governance, RAID tracking, and budget oversight.
- Superb stakeholder management capabilities, executive communication skills, and familiarity with financial regulatory standards.
