Transaction Banking PM

A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a delivery-focused Transaction Banking PM to lead enterprise transformation programs across its corporate banking vertical. In this strategic project management role, you will take absolute ownership of program delivery spanning Payments, Cards, and Operations transformation initiatives. Furthermore, you will anchor governance forums, manage financial budgets, and drive Agile ceremonies across the delivery lifecycle. Consequently, this role is essential for modernizing corporate transaction platforms and ensuring operational efficiency.

The Transaction Banking PM must combine strong Agile leadership capabilities with deep domain expertise in financial management and business case preparation. Working closely with cross-functional technology squads and business headers, you will manage RAID logs, run Project Steering Committees, and enforce regulatory compliance. Therefore, the group is looking for a hands-on Delivery Manager who utilizes tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program delivery across transaction banking initiatives, keeping business and technology goals aligned.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, and backlog prioritization to optimize delivery outcomes.
• Anchor project governance forums, including Project Steering Committees (PSCs) and Working Groups (WGs).
• Manage RAID logs, publish executive status reports, and execute proactive risk and issue mitigation plans.
• Oversee financial management, investment planning, and business case preparation across program workstreams.
• Partner with cross-functional business, operations, and IT teams to deliver Payments, Cards, and Ops transformation solutions.
• Ensure full delivery alignment with regulatory frameworks, institutional policies, and compliance standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 8+ Years of project management experience leading large-scale transformation engagements in Banking.
• Proven domain expertise in Payments, Cards, and Operations Transformation Delivery.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Agile exposure, including backlog management, PI planning, and sprint ceremonies.
• Practical experience using project management tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Clarity); immediate or early joiners preferred.
