Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive corporate induction and structured onboarding programs for new employees and channel partners.
  • Deliver clear, highly interactive training sessions covering life insurance products, sales processes, and compliance rules.
  • Identify localized training needs through routine interactions with branch sales managers and territorial business headers.
  • Ensure timely completion of mandatory licensing modules, corporate certifications, and regulatory training blocks.
  • Conduct classroom, virtual, and field-based on-the-job coaching sessions to maximize employee conversion velocities.
  • Monitor overall training effectiveness metrics and improve learning outcomes through assessments and feedback loops.
  • Support territory business teams in achieving aggressive sales productivity indices and revenue goals.
  • Track, maintain, and manage accurate training attendance records, compliance reports, and dashboard updates.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deploy localized training calendars and learning initiatives.
  • Drive continuous knowledge enhancement programs across employees and banking partners to maintain market share.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification in any discipline from a recognized and approved university.
  • 8-10 Years of core experience in the Insurance Industry, with a minimum of 2+ years explicitly within a Training or L&D role.
  • Mandatory verbal and written communication fluency in English and Kannada language lines is required.
  • Deep functional understanding of life insurance product mechanics, underwriting baselines, and distribution frameworks.
  • High willingness to travel extensively across mapped territories (Mysore, Mandya, Chamarajanagar, and Madikeri).
