The TM1 Developer must demonstrate programming mastery over Turbo Integrator processes, rule development, and feeder optimization parameters. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with corporate finance headers to translate business requirements into scannable workspace dashboards. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance TM1 Cubes, Dimensions, Hierarchies, and Views.
- Develop and optimize advanced TM1 Rules and Feeders to automate complex business calculations.
- Build robust Turbo Integrator (TI) processes for high-volume data loading, transformation, and integration loops.
- Develop and support Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) dashboards and scannable executive reports.
- Partner with Finance and FP&A stakeholders to capture operational requirements and data constraints.
- Perform physical data validation, ledger reconciliation, and systematic troubleshooting of TM1 scripts.
- Manage platform application security, govern user access rights, and run server administration schedules.
- Optimize cube performance boundaries and improve multi-source database execution velocities.
- Support peak corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and monthly management reporting processes.
- Participate in system upgrade deployments, platform enhancements, and technical production support tracks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent matching disciplines.
- 5-10 Years of successful professional experience operating as an IBM TM1 or Cognos TM1 Developer.
- Expert practical command over Cube Design, Turbo Integrator scripts, rules configurations, and PAW dashboards.
- Strong relational database knowledge with hands-on proficiency writing advanced SQL query strings.
- Prior background working within banking, financial services, insurance, or consulting domains is preferred.
