T24 Migration Business Analyst

A Leading Global Consultancy is seeking an experienced T24 Migration Business Analyst to lead its wealth management technology practice. In this strategic client advisory position, you will oversee comprehensive data migration initiatives from legacy non-Temenos platforms over to Temenos T24 frameworks. Furthermore, you will translate complex financial requirements into technical data mapping specifications for engineering squads. Consequently, this role is crucial for ensuring data integrity and compliance parameters during massive banking transformation programs.

The T24 Migration Business Analyst must serve as a reliable liaison connecting private banking operational headers with technical database developers. Additionally, you will coordinate large-scale requirement elicitation workshops, drive user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles, and steer defect triage frameworks. Therefore, the firm is looking for an analytical strategist with high attention to structural data quality rules. Key Responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate, and document detailed business and functional specifications for T24 migration paths.
• Serve as the primary technology liaison bridging business owners, delivery partners, and software developers.
• Support the end-to-end lifecycle of financial data migration streams away from legacy systems to Temenos Transact.
• Analyze source and target data schema models to define rigorous transformation mapping profiles.
• Participate actively in structural data profiling, ledger reconciliations, and migration testing activities.
• Identify, monitor, and escalate data quality regressions and structural migration bugs to governance boards.
• Lead workshops, design requirement clinics, and coordinate strategic stakeholder transformation alignments.
• Drive business validation tracks, production readiness checklists, and functional post-migration audits.
• Ensure absolute database alignment with internal controls, operational audit steps, and central banking rules.
• Utilize standard data analysis platforms and project spaces including Jira and Confluence tracking networks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a relevant matching branch.
• 8 – 10 years of experience inside banking IT projects, spanning private banking or wealth management.
• Proven business analysis background within Temenos Transact (T24) technical transformation landscapes.
• Direct participation in at least one full-cycle non-Temenos platform to T24 system migration program.
• Functional knowledge of T24 configuration modules, including File Inquiry (FI), Data Dictionary (DD), and TVMM.
