A Leading Technology Services Firm is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to configure and extend enterprise platform workflows.
The ServiceNow ITSM Developer must combine deep JavaScript scripting depth within ServiceNow with proven experience in REST and SOAP third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain core ServiceNow ITSM modules, workspaces, and service catalog workflows.
- Create complex Service Request Items (SRIs), record producers, knowledge base articles, and automated workflows.
- Write and maintain advanced platform scripts including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Design and build inbound and outbound integrations with external third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Manage and optimize CMDB structures, configuration items, and business capability service mappings.
- Configure automated notifications, inbound email actions, scheduled jobs, and complex transform scripts.
- Author detailed technical documentation, API consumption guides, and operational handover manuals.
- Troubleshoot script execution defects, resolve platform bottlenecks, and conduct structured knowledge transfer sessions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (full-time regular mode with consistent academic progression).
- 5-7 Years of dedicated professional development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Expert programming capabilities in ServiceNow JavaScript, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
- Strong hands-on mastery of ServiceNow ITSM modules, Flow Designer, and Workflow Editor.
- Demonstrated track record executing REST and SOAP API integrations and maintaining CMDB integrity.
