  • Maintain systematic follow-up loops with customers to drive policy conversions and timely renewals.
  • Verify application documentation accuracy and follow up on policy login and issuance tracking.
  • Update customer interaction data, lead scoring, and referral sources in LMS/CRM systems.
  • Deliver exemplary client service to foster long-term customer relationships and brand status.
  • Participate in localized market promotional drives and corporate branding activities.
  • Examine client financial goals to provide customized life insurance and wealth solutions.
  • Apply strong negotiation and convincing techniques to meet territory business volume goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree qualification in any discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in field sales, consumer banking, or life insurance sales models is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of local financial services markets and consumer networking behaviors.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive relationship-building capabilities.
  • Own vehicle conveyance is mandatory for this role to manage extensive local travel schedules.
