  • Achieve or exceed monthly business guarantee targets and annual sales plans.
  • Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling renewals and policy queries.
  • Maintain meticulous records of lead feedback and issuance status in the company’s CRM.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth policy login and issuance processes.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to improve persistency and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze local market trends to identify new business pockets and HNI segments.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with IRDAI regulations and company ethics.
  • Participate in regional training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Life Insurance or Banking.
  • Own conveyance is mandatory for daily field visits and customer meetings.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and a strong network within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local regional language.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
