Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture and provide early-stage feedback on design.
• Lead regression testing cycles to ensure that new code deployments do not impact existing functionalities.
• Conduct performance and stress testing to validate system stability under high-load scenarios.
• Maintain and update automated testing scripts to keep pace with rapid software delivery cycles.
• Prepare comprehensive QA reports for senior management to provide visibility into software health.
• Implement quality gates and standards to ensure consistent performance across diverse environments.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and contribute to the internal knowledge base on testing best practices.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals.

Requirements and Qualifications
