Sr Process Reengineering Lead

A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a transformative Sr Process Reengineering Lead to join its Process Transformation Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Mumbai. In this senior consultative role, you will take full responsibility for leading end-to-end process discovery, process mining, and workflow re-engineering initiatives across financial services operations. Furthermore, you will apply Lean Six Sigma frameworks to eliminate operational waste, reduce costs, and build lean, automated workflows. Consequently, this role is crucial for accelerating digital transformation and enterprise efficiency.

The Sr Process Reengineering Lead must combine certified Six Sigma expertise with deep hands-on capability in BPMN modeling, Power BI analytics, and digital automation tools (RPA, PowerApps, low-code platforms). Engaging directly with executive stakeholders, you will build compelling business cases and explore Generative AI/LLM applications in process automation. Therefore, the organization is looking for a strategic consultant who has delivered multiple full-lifecycle transformation projects successfully. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process discovery, process mining, and comprehensive workflow mapping across enterprise divisions.
• Identify process bottlenecks, manual dependencies, and cost drivers to redesign scalable, lean, and automated workflows.
• Apply formal Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies to deliver quantifiable efficiency gains.
• Analyze operational datasets using advanced Excel and Power BI to uncover optimization opportunities and quantify ROI.
• Drive adoption of modern digital automation platforms, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow engines, and PowerApps.
• Evaluate and integrate Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model (LLM) tools to automate complex process steps.
• Engage with business headers, design executive presentations, and secure leadership sponsorship for transformation roadmaps.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), MCA, or an MBA from a recognized institution.
• 10+ Years of dedicated experience in business process discovery, process mining, and process re-engineering in Financial Services.
• Proven track record of leading at least 3 end-to-end enterprise process re-engineering projects from concept to deployment.
• Formal training and practical project application of Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and BPMN process modeling standards.
• Strong understanding of digital automation technologies (RPA, low-code tools, PowerApps) and AI/LLM process capabilities.
