Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to the Reinsurance Administration team, ensuring accurate data delivery.
- Own end-to-end data quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring robust SOX adherence.
- Manage timely receipt, validation, and reconciliation of client data for premium calculations.
- Drive process improvement and automation to enhance the scalability of administration workflows.
- Design and maintain standardized data mapping frameworks for consistent global reporting.
- Act as a lead liaison for clients, proactively resolving data discrepancies and treaty queries.
- Provide critical business analytics support to Pricing, Valuation, and Underwriting teams.
- Oversee management dashboards and MIS to monitor business performance and experience.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team through continuous coaching and technical training.
- Act as a deputy to senior data leadership, contributing to enterprise-wide data strategy.
Requirements and Qualifications
- University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Information Technology.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance/Reinsurance, with 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced technical knowledge of life insurance products and reinsurance principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
- Professional certifications like LOMA or III are highly preferred.
