Key Responsibilities for the Senior Manager – Product Management

• Lead the end-to-end configuration, testing, and deployment of assigned group partnerships and master policies.
• Drive the execution of product launch activities, including requirement finalization and UAT planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely go-lives for new products and product revisions.
• Track launch progress, identify dependencies, and proactively escalate bottlenecks for rapid resolution.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all requirements and UAT artefacts before production deployment.
• Guarantee Day-1 automation readiness by monitoring the development and deployment of core functionalities.
• Publish progress reports on automation to ensure any technical bottlenecks are resolved on priority.
• Ensure manual SOPs are signed off and in place if any functionality is not automated before trigger dates.
• Maintain high documentation standards to ensure timely adherence to all audit and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with fintech and insuretech players to integrate solutions with modern business models.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Graduate degree with 4 to 5 years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• Proven track record in the end-to-end system setup of life insurance products (Group or Retail).
• Core knowledge of product setup regarding issuance and post-issuance functionalities.
• In-depth understanding of IRDAI regulations, master circulars, and PPHI guidelines.
• Experience working with cloud-native policy administration systems and API integrations.
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage complex cross-functional dependencies.
