Key Responsibilities

- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights for customer acquisition and persistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Underwriting to optimize campaigns and automate solutions.
- Create robust machine learning pipelines and deploy scalable models that impact operational efficiency.
- Identify customer friction points and produce innovative, data-backed ideas to enhance the user journey.
- Utilize advanced analytics to improve risk assessment, fraud prevention, and dynamic pricing models.
- Participate in key strategic decisions, charting the company’s path in the competitive landscape.
- Leverage cloud environments (AWS/Sagemaker) and visualization tools to present data-driven narratives.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of structured problem-solving and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Statistics (MBA from a premium school is a plus).
- 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in core Advanced Analytics, Data Science, and Predictive Modeling.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and respective libraries for statistical data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of Machine Learning, AI, GenAI, and core statistical concepts.
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, Sagemaker, QuickSight) or Google Cloud/BigQuery environments is preferred.
- Previous experience in Insurance, FinTech, or the broader Financial Services industry is highly desirable.
