  • Perform meticulous fundamental analysis of listed entities, evaluating cash flow trends and balance sheet metrics.
  • Scrututinize company financial statements, quarterly earnings results, investor decks, and formal management commentary.
  • Build, update, and optimize robust valuation models utilizing DCF frameworks and relative valuation calculations.
  • Compile detailed research documentation and document key takeaways arising from interactions with company leaders.
  • Analyze sell-side brokerage house research materials to balance internal insights against overall market indicators.
  • Formulate buy, sell, or hold stock recommendations that align with the company’s long-term risk appetite parameters.
  • Deliver clear data visualization summaries and custom presentations directly to the central Investment Committee.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Finance, or a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA Charterholder.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful professional experience in Equity Research, preferably covering auto ancillary streams.
  • Prior background working within asset management companies, buy-side research desks, or insurance investment frameworks.
  • Advanced mastery of fundamental financial statement analysis, spreadsheet tracking, and data modeling tools.
  • Proficiency with professional market database terminals, including Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or Reuters applications.
