Key Responsibilities
- Drive insurance sales through bank partner branches to achieve monthly and annual AOP targets.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for bank staff on life insurance products.
- Make joint field calls with bank leads to convert high-value insurance opportunities.
- Manage the “Submission to Issuance” workflow to ensure 100% data accuracy and fast TAT.
- Foster strong relationships with Branch Managers and Bank Staff to build a mutually beneficial model.
- Implement local business development initiatives to generate fresh leads within the bank.
- Ensure high levels of persistency and customer retention for the assigned branch portfolio.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints within the agreed timelines to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain strict compliance with IRDAI regulations and the bank’s internal policies.
- Provide regular MIS and business health updates to the regional sales leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream with 2 to 5 years of experience in Life Insurance or Bancassurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through a partner-driven model.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative bank environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and the local regional language.
- Ability to manage multiple branch relationships with maturity and professionalism.
