Key Responsibilities
- Drive life insurance sales across mapped bank branches to achieve monthly and annual premium targets.
- Nurture and manage daily operational relationships with Bank Branch Managers and lead generators.
- Conduct regular joint field calls with bank partners to close high-ticket and HNI insurance prospects.
- Train and coach bank sales executives on product specifications, underwriting rules, and pitching tactics.
- Coordinate the end-to-end policy processing loop from initial application login to final document issuance.
- Manage and track outstanding policy issuance documentation requirements to ensure faster turnaround times.
- Maintain high persistency rates by tracking and driving timely policy renewal premium collections.
- Conceptualize and execute localized business development activities and marketing drives inside bank branches.
- Ensure all branch sales practices are compliant with IRDAI regulations and company ethics frameworks.
- Provide regular MIS tracking inputs, lead pipeline statuses, and market insights to sales leadership.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (Post-graduation or MBA in Marketing will be an advantage).
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales, Direct Distribution, or Bancassurance models.
- Strong localized network with deep knowledge of financial services product landscapes.
- Superb verbal communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and local regional languages.
- Own conveyance is mandatory for this role to manage frequent branch and client visits.
