  • Liaise with the accounts department for timely vendor payments and reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to avoid stock-outs.
  • Stay updated on market trends and pricing for core engineering commodities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of experience in procurement within an engineering or manufacturing firm.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel is essential).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
