Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related commercial discipline.
• 6-9 Years of successful professional experience within an Agile project or program delivery environment.
• Deep structural domain expertise within Retail Banking, digital channel networks, and multi-market deployment rules.
• Hands-on practical mastery using Jira software architectures, agile frameworks, risk tracking, and project roadmaps.
• Superb stakeholder engagement, communication fluency, relationship building, and team management capabilities.
• Beneficial credentials: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications; exposure to digital transformation programs.
