Project Manager

A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to orchestrate complex digital transformation initiatives. Operating across key technology hubs including Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, or Bengaluru, you will lead end-to-end execution across multiple high-stakes workstreams. Furthermore, you will build and baseline highly structured project governance frameworks to keep deliverables aligned with enterprise mandates. Consequently, this position is vital for driving execution predictability and modernizing corporate banking channels.

The Project Manager must combine meticulous risk logging discipline with a proven track record of steering enterprise-scale projects. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional technology squads, you will translate abstract business goals into clear delivery blueprints across diverse banking verticals. Therefore, the organization is looking for a client-facing manager who handles resource contentions and dependency blocks comfortably under tight schedules. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery tracking, operational workflows, and execution paths for complex banking transformation initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and align cross-functional business, operations, and geographically distributed technology teams.
• Drive comprehensive project planning, execution governance meetings, budget tracking, and risk management workflows.
• Utilize specialized project management systems including JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project to track milestones.
• Provide clear, data-driven status updates, management dashboards, and structured executive presentations to senior leadership.
• Formulate delivery frameworks handling a mix of Agile, Scrum, traditional Waterfall, and Hybrid execution methodologies.
• Isolate, manage, and remediate project dependencies, critical path constraints, and inter-team delivery bottlenecks.
• Coordinate global stakeholders, driving functional transformation programs across Retail, Corporate, and Digital Banking lines.
• Direct tracking components for specialized domains covering Asset & Wealth Management, Lending, Payments, and Transactions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related computer science branch.
• 8-10 Years of overall experience with a mandatory minimum of 6 years explicitly in core functional Project Management roles.
• Proven track record managing large-scale business transformations within Banking and Financial Services domain streams.
• Hands-on practical mastery using JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, project risk registers, and project governance scorecards.
• Excellent client-facing capabilities, superb verbal articulation skills, relationship-building traits, and immediate joining availability.
