In this key role, you will support the development team in the execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans. The Product Manager must possess a strong background in finance and a track record of delivering successful product outcomes. Additionally, you will conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends in the financial reporting technology landscape. Therefore, the company is looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 8 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap for advanced financial reporting tools.
- Collaborate with technology teams to prioritize requirements based on client feedback and technical feasibility.
- Support the planning and execution of product launches and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct detailed competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the reporting technology sector.
- Oversee the development process by preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and System Design Documents (SDD).
- Provide expert input on user experience (UX) and interface design (UI) for specialized technology products.
- Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for optimization.
- Act as a subject matter expert by conducting product demos and training sessions for clients and partners.
- Liaise between clients and internal teams to gather feedback for product enhancements and customizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure products remain compliant and competitive.
- Support leadership in mentoring junior team members to foster a culture of professional learning and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Recent experience in planning and reporting financial statements under IFRS or local GAAP is required.
- Proven background in providing financial reporting advisory or finance transformation services.
- Strong experience in risk identification, internal control systems, and process optimization.

- Strong domain knowledge in technical accounting, financial reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven product management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management and client engagement.
