Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the procurement and claims administration department.
- Ensure the integrity of procurement data through accurate and timely system entry.
- Triage and allocate cases to team members for immediate evaluation and processing.
- Maintain and update referral sheets and data mappings for the applicable portfolio.
- Execute all planned data validations and follow up on outstanding audit actions.
- Reconcile database decisions to ensure 100% accuracy in departmental reporting.
- Highlight long-pending cases and coordinate regular follow-ups with vendors and clients.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analysis to senior management.
- Maintain agreed service standards and document all administration procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in procurement or operations administration.
- Highly organized and delivery-orientated with strong stakeholder expectations management.
- Proficient in MS Excel with exposure to database tools like MS Access.
- Strong technical, problem-identification, and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated and innovative with a focus on continuous process improvement.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
