A Leading Financial Services Group is seeking a delivery-minded PMO Transaction Banking specialist to join its global corporate banking practice. In this critical portfolio governance position, you will take responsibility for executing portfolio-level PMO controls and delivery enablement functions across transaction banking initiatives. Furthermore, you will drive operational governance frameworks, manage reporting cadences, and streamline risk mitigation strategies. The PMO Transaction Banking specialist must combine solid portfolio management discipline with a strong understanding of delivery enablement across the software lifecycle. Working closely with program managers, delivery leads, and senior corporate stakeholders, you will maintain complete alignment with enterprise governance standards. Therefore, the organization is looking for a structured professional who manages risk registers and status reporting cadences comfortably. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive portfolio-level PMO support across multi-stream transaction banking programs.
- Drive delivery enablement activities, ensuring continuous alignment between business objectives and technology teams.
- Establish, manage, and maintain program governance frameworks, executive reporting cadences, and status updates.
- Oversee RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), status reporting, and proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate directly with program managers and delivery leads to ensure end-to-end delivery lifecycle support.
- Ensure total delivery compliance with institutional standards, internal audit policies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment among executive business leaders and delivery squads.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ Years of professional PMO experience, with proven mastery covering both Core PMO and Delivery Enablement functions.
- Mandatory recent experience operating within a global tier-1 banking environment (e.g., HSBC standards and governance frameworks).
- Proven track record managing portfolio governance, RAID logs, status reports, and multi-stakeholder communications.
- Immediate joiner preferred, or candidate operating with a maximum 30 days’ notice period.
