Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive project management guidance, tracking structures, and optimization support across agile teams.
- Lead the technical planning, execution, and data validation for JIRA migration initiatives from Data Center to Cloud.
- Enforce absolute project alignment with central Change Management Framework guidelines and corporate data audits.
- Partner directly with business department leaders to define, prioritize, and baseline incoming enterprise projects.
- Establish disciplined project risk logging, dependency tracking mechanisms, and opportunity management workflows.
- Manage project planning structures, including baseline schedule definition, task scoping, and resource assignments.
- Track multi-million annual project delivery metrics and escalate critical project blockers to steering committees.
- Draft, implement, and continually optimize PMO policy documentations and project governance guidelines.
- Direct the PMO team, providing routine performance feedback, goal setting, and technical skills development paths.
- Compile precise executive reports, scope justifications, and actual budget tracking logs for senior review.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or Technology.
- 10-12 Years of successful experience operating within a PMO or Project Management office in a complex corporate setup.
- Mandatory expert-level technical mastery handling JIRA systems, JIRA migrations, and advanced MS Excel/Project tools.
- Demonstrated background managing large portfolios across a mix of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery lifecycles.
- Superb negotiation, relationship building, and verbal communication skills across all corporate operational layers.
