Pega Senior System Architect

A Leading Technology Services Firm is seeking an analytical Pega Senior System Architect to support its financial services delivery branch in Bengaluru. In this strategic senior consultant role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end application architecture and design configurations across complex regulatory frameworks. The Pega Senior System Architect must combine deep framework logic mastery with an advanced understanding of modern user interface architectures and data schemas. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, framework configuration, and system engineering for complex Pega software applications.
• Develop robust application layers from scratch leveraging modern Pega Infinity (v8.7 or above) execution engines.
• Build and optimize specialized technical data models using Pega CLM and KYC out-of-the-box rule structures.
• Design high-fidelity user interfaces utilizing Theme Cosmos, classic UI Kit libraries, and Cosmos React frameworks.
• Configure advanced single-page application (SPA) runtime components and orchestrate complex DX API data connections.
• Establish platform automation guidelines, DevOps best practices, and continuous CI/CD pipelines in Pega environments.
• Construct automated test suites via PegaUnit architectures to accelerate system validation and verification tracks.
• Liaise directly with business analysts, project headers, and technical squads to manage software release reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of successful experience in Pega development, with at least 2 years explicitly within a Lead Developer role.
• Hands-on technical mastery handling Pega CLM/KYC frameworks, Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and DX API strings.
• Proven familiarity with Pega Infinity 8.7+, automated PegaUnit testing parameters, and Agile Scrum delivery lifecycles.
• Beneficial credentials: Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferences.
