Pega Lead Developer

A Leading Technology Services Firm is seeking a highly skilled Pega Lead Developer to architect and deliver enterprise applications.

The Pega Lead Developer must combine deep expertise across Pega Infinity, CLM, and Customer Service frameworks with modern UI engineering in Theme Cosmos and Cosmos React.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure enterprise Pega applications from scratch adhering to architectural standards.
• Lead and take full ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of complex Pega modules.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define target solution architectures and implementation paths.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces utilizing Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit.
• Enforce strict engineering standards through thorough code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and champion software development best practices.
• Troubleshoot intricate technical issues across Pega layers and implement automated testing using PegaUnit.
• Prepare comprehensive technical architecture documentation, development estimations, and design specifications.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 2-8 Years of professional software development experience specializing in the Pega ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on mastery of Pega CLM/CS frameworks, enterprise data models, and out-of-the-box rule sets.
• Proven experience developing enterprise applications from scratch on Pega Infinity (v8.7 or above).
• In-depth technical command over Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, Cosmos React, SPA runtime behavior, and DX APIs.
• Preferred credentials: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
