Pega Developer

A Leading Technology Consulting Firm is seeking a technical Pega Developer at the Senior Consultant level to design and implement enterprise-grade applications across metro cities. In this hands-on engineering position, you will take responsibility for constructing low-code application views, workflows, and process automation solutions using the Pega Constellation design system. Furthermore, you will build robust REST/SOAP integration points, file listeners, and data structures. Consequently, this role is vital for accelerating modern application delivery and digital process automation.

The Pega Developer must combine certified CSSA credentials with a deep practical command of Pega architecture, rule resolution, and front-end integration (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Operating within Agile delivery teams, you will support CI/CD pipeline automation, code deployments, and database modeling tasks. Therefore, the organization is looking for an analytical engineer who mentors junior team members while maintaining clean architectural standards. Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy application views and workflows using the Pega Constellation design system in App Studio.
• Implement complex case management, automated process routing, and business logic across enterprise solutions.
• Build, configure, and maintain RESTful and SOAP integration services, file listeners, and email listeners.
• Apply deep knowledge of Pega architecture, data structures, class structures, and rule resolution mechanics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile squads, supporting CI/CD deployment pipelines and automated testing.
• Utilize front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) within Pega Constellation application architectures.
• Conduct code reviews, optimize database queries, and mentor junior developers on platform best practices.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Mandatory technical qualification: Valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, with proven expertise in Pega Constellation.
• Strong practical knowledge of integration protocols (REST, SOAP, Listeners) and SQL data modeling concepts.
• Demonstrated experience operating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments with CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical documentation, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
