A Leading Insurance Consulting Group is seeking an analytical P&C Pricing Actuary Analyst at the Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager level to join its Global Actuarial and Analytics practice. In this quantitative pricing role, you will develop actuarial models, analyze portfolio profitability, and support product development for insurers and MGAs across US, EMEA, and APAC markets. Furthermore, you will build automated data solutions to evaluate rate changes and loss patterns. Consequently, this role is critical for optimizing commercial pricing decisions and portfolio performance.

The P&C Pricing Actuary Analyst must combine solid foundational progress in actuarial examinations with strong data modeling and programming capabilities. Working directly with onshore clients and cross-functional analytics squads, you will formulate data-driven insights and design reusable calculation templates. Therefore, the organization is looking for a proactive problem-solver who embraces automation and digital tools to streamline actuarial workflows. If you want to expand your technical actuarial capabilities on global portfolios, this position offers an ideal platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver product development, actuarial pricing, portfolio analytics, and profitability analyses for global insurers and syndicates.
  • Build, enhance, validate, and maintain dynamic pricing models, rating tools, and analytical calculation templates.
  • Engage directly with international clients to understand business challenges, communicate findings, and resolve technical queries.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline actuarial processes through automation, digital tools, and data-driven workflows.
  • Develop reusable actuarial accelerators and best-practice libraries to improve project delivery efficiency.
  • Manage project plans, workstream timelines, and stakeholder expectations with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, technical training, and mentoring within the actuarial practice.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Part-qualified actuary with active examination progress through IFoA, CAS, or IAI.
  • 2-6 Years of relevant experience in property and casualty insurance pricing and actuarial analytics.
  • Proven experience pricing insurance products across US, EMEA, or APAC regional markets.
  • Strong technical actuarial skills, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated client management, analytical problem-solving, and professional communication abilities.
