Therefore, the company is looking for a Fellow Actuary with 10 to 17 years of experience in the US, UK, or APAC markets. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a 25+ member P&C pricing team while ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development.
• Serve as the senior SME for commercial and specialty lines, focusing on product development and pricing models.
• Drive advanced pricing capabilities, including the implementation of digital, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee client engagements and provide C-suite advisory services with high-value actuarial insights.
• Support business development efforts through impactful RFP responses, proposals, and thought leadership.
• Ensure strong project governance and operational excellence across all actuarial and analytics projects.
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring and regulatory compliance for global insurance organizations.
• Spearhead actuarial transformation initiatives to modernize pricing platforms and workflows.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Fellow Actuary (FCAS, FIA, or equivalent) with an internationally recognized actuarial body.
• A minimum of 10 to 17 years of specific experience in P&C pricing.
• Deep exposure to US, UK, or APAC commercial and specialty lines, including regulatory filing.
• Proven leadership experience managing large actuarial teams of 20 or more professionals.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in actuarial transformation and the development of digital pricing platforms.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, R, SAS, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in applying AI and Machine Learning (AI/ML) within actuarial workflows.
