Key Responsibilities
- Book medical appointments and coordinate directly with mapped diagnostic centers and corporate tele-doctors.
- Manage and respond to client inquiries and operational requests via structured corporate email and telephone calls.
- Identify, track, and handle client escalations, ensuring timely resolution of workflow blocks to minimize user friction.
- Manage core operational workflows to ensure smooth, automated, and highly efficient healthcare process mapping.
- Coordinate across cross-functional partners, retail channels, and corporate healthcare segments to align scheduling.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation logs, booking sheets, and resolution metrics for administrative review.
- Operate flexibly within a rotational shift architecture, including late evening blocks up to 10 PM and occasional night shifts.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or above from an approved educational board.
- 1-3 Years of successful professional experience operating within an operations executive, customer support, or coordinator role.
- Strong English communication skills, with clear verbal articulation and professional corporate writing capabilities.
- Demonstrated capability to coordinate effectively, multitask under pressure, and manage competing administrative tasks.
