A Leading Technology Solutions Provider is seeking an experienced OpenPages Developer to join its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software practice in Bengaluru. In this hands-on engineering position, you will take full responsibility for designing, configuring, and customizing enterprise IBM OpenPages solutions. Furthermore, you will build automated workflows, complex calculations, triggers, and integrate custom React JS helpers. The OpenPages Developer must combine strong core OpenPages platform customization skills with practical programming capabilities in Core Java and REST APIs. Operating within cross-functional teams, you will manage profiles, role templates, security rules, and project packaging for release deployments. Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize IBM OpenPages GRC applications to meet complex risk management requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, calculations, custom triggers, and integrated React JS helpers.
- Configure and manage OpenPages security profiles, user groups, role templates, and field-level security rules.
- Build and maintain Core Java components and RESTful APIs to integrate OpenPages with external enterprise systems.
- Manage application packaging, object migrations, and deliverable artifacts across release deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and testing teams to ensure seamless end-to-end software delivery.
- Optimize application performance by conducting code reviews and selecting appropriate trigger or calculation logic.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 6-9 Years of overall software engineering experience, with a minimum of 4+ years specializing in IBM OpenPages.
- Hands-on technical proficiency in OpenPages configuration, workflow automation, triggers, and calculations.
- Strong programming skills in Core Java and REST API development; experience integrating React JS helpers.
- Advantageous skills: Practical knowledge of Oracle SQL querying and IBM Cognos reporting integration.
