Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end settlement process for Fixed Income, Equity, and Money Market trades.
  • Ensure accurate and timely NAV calculation and fund accounting for various ULIP and non-linked funds.
  • Manage Provident Fund (PF) operations, including contributions, withdrawals, and accounting.
  • Liaise with custodians and clearing houses (CCIL/NSDL/CDSL) for trade reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with IRDAI investment regulations and valuation guidelines.
  • Perform daily bank and demat reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies in stock and cash levels.
  • Manage the documentation for investment treaties and corporate actions across the portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit periodical investment returns and reports to the regulator and management.
  • Oversee the implementation and upgrade of investment management systems (front-to-back).
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation for all investment and treasury operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • MBA Finance, CA, or Post Graduate with a focus on Finance.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in Investment Operations or Fund Accounting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Indian debt and equity market settlement processes.
  • Proficiency in using investment software such as M-Invest, Bloomberg, or SAP.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately.
