Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Shared Services team in managing high-volume employee data and documentation.
- Oversee the accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and statutory compliances across regions.
- Drive process automation and standardization within the HR function to improve turnaround times.
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems (such as Workday or SuccessFactors).
- Act as a primary contact for global HR Business Partners to resolve complex operational queries.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal audit standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate global onboarding programs to ensure a consistent experience for new hires.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource efficiency within HR operations.
- Mentor and develop the HR team, ensuring high engagement and technical proficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or a related post-graduate degree.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a global Shared Services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and HR technology platforms.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing professional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
