Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR Shared Services team in managing high-volume employee data and documentation.
  • Oversee the accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and statutory compliances across regions.
  • Drive process automation and standardization within the HR function to improve turnaround times.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems (such as Workday or SuccessFactors).
  • Act as a primary contact for global HR Business Partners to resolve complex operational queries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy regulations and internal audit standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate global onboarding programs to ensure a consistent experience for new hires.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource efficiency within HR operations.
  • Mentor and develop the HR team, ensuring high engagement and technical proficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related post-graduate degree.
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in a global Shared Services environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and HR technology platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing professional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with global stakeholders.
