Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and GenAI models.
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Risk, Marketing, and Operations to design data-driven strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from hypothesis testing to production deployment.
• Create robust data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks to enhance model performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential biases in AI models to ensure ethical and fair results.
• Communicate technical findings through high-impact visualizations and executive presentations.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI research and implement state-of-the-art technologies.
• Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of technical excellence and curiosity.
• Optimize model scalability and performance in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Requirements and Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in Data Science and Predictive Modeling.
• Expert proficiency in Python or R and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake).
