A Leading Banking & Financial Services Group is seeking a techno-functional Loan IQ Migration Dev to support commercial lending transformation and data migration programs. In this specialized engineering role, you will design and develop automated migration utilities, ETL workflows, and custom interfaces for Loan IQ implementations. Furthermore, you will build scalable Java, .NET, and PL/SQL solutions to execute source-to-target mapping, data extraction, reconciliation, and exception handling. Consequently, this position is crucial for ensuring data integrity across complex loan conversion cycles.

The Loan IQ Migration Dev must combine strong software development capabilities in Java/.NET with deep functional understanding of Loan IQ data models, credit facilities, deals, and servicing events. Collaborating closely with business analysts, operations teams, and architects, you will leverage AI-assisted tools to generate reusable migration frameworks and resolve conversion defects. Therefore, the organization is looking for a proactive developer who operates effectively in Agile delivery setups. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance data migration utilities, ETL workflows, reusable services, and interfaces for Loan IQ programs.
  • Build scalable Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and batch integration solutions to support automated data extraction and transformation.
  • Execute source-to-target mapping, automated data validation checks, financial reconciliation routines, and exception triage.
  • Apply deep functional knowledge of Loan IQ to map deal structures, credit facilities, borrower entities, fees, and interest schedules.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to create reusable migration code patterns, summarize technical context, and boost productivity.
  • Support technical design, sprint planning, defect triage, and data analysis across SIT, UAT, mock conversion, and cutover events.
  • Maintain high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and unit test suites while integrating with CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ Years of hands-on application development experience utilizing Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and enterprise ETL pipelines.
  • Solid functional understanding of the Finastra Loan IQ product, including its data model, APIs, and commercial lending workflows.
  • Advanced SQL programming capability for data profiling, conversion validation, reconciliation checks, and defect resolution.
  • Beneficial experience: ACBS-to-Loan IQ migration projects, Loan IQ SDK, Autosys batch scheduling, and Agile/DevOps tooling.
