Sr. Analyst / AM – Life Actuarial

The Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager must demonstrate a proven track record in life valuation, modelling, and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for hands-on work in GGY AXIS, including cashflow modelling and debugging complex errors. Therefore, the company is looking for a professional with 2 to 6 years of experience and at least 4 actuarial exams passed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex actuarial projects with a primary focus on life valuation, modelling, and reporting.
• Support global clients directly with model development, assumption reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Perform hands-on cashflow modelling and technical work using GGY AXIS software tools.
• Build, run, and debug actuarial models to ensure high-quality outputs and technical integrity.
• Conduct thorough research to stay updated with industry trends, sources, and actuarial methods.
• Explore new and upcoming products to align with the strategic objectives of insurance organizations.
• Apply technical expertise to strengthen staff enablement and technology enablement services.
• Take full ownership of assigned projects while working independently to meet client deadlines.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement intelligent technology and drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of documentation for all valuation and modelling processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Graduates or post-graduates in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum of 4 actuarial exams passed as per the new professional curriculum.
• Between 2 to 6 years of professional experience specifically within the life insurance industry.
• Proven background in valuation, modelling, and statutory reporting for life insurance products.

Technical Skills and Competencies

• In-depth hands-on experience with GGY AXIS tools is essential for this position.
• Strong modelling skills with specific experience in assumption setting and accelerated underwriting.
• Capability to conduct technical research and keep pace with global industry shifts.
