Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high volume of client projects within the internal service center for the global retirement practice.
- Manage and oversee a diverse team of analysts, providing technical reviews and career guidance.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and budgets across multiple workflow streams.
- Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring progress against established goals and timelines.
- Act as the primary contact for client teams regarding the delivery of all technical services.
- Perform detailed technical reviews of all work products to ensure quality and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance process quality and reduce operational costs.
- Meet billable hour targets and leverage team resources to produce quality deliverables on time.
- Build strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively with global client teams.
- Serve as a mentor and role model, taking responsibility for the development of junior associates.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree (pursuing Actuarial or relevant professional papers preferred).
- 6+ years of professional experience in performing and checking core technical valuation work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client service focus.
- Ability to analyze metrics and suggest innovative solutions to improve client service delivery.
- Strong understanding of accounting and insurance principles with proficient computer skills.
- Highly organized and delivery-orientated with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
