Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s local area network (LAN), servers, and hardware systems.
  • Provide prompt technical support to employees regarding software applications and hardware issues.
  • Ensure regular data backups are performed and system security measures are up to date.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade computer components and peripheral equipment as needed.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT assets.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential bottlenecks before they impact operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including inventory records and user manuals.
  • Assist in the implementation of ERP modules and other specialized pharmaceutical software.
  • Conduct regular security audits to protect company data from external and internal threats.
  • Train staff on IT best practices and the use of new digital tools and technologies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or technical support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Networking (CCNA preferred), and Hardware troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to assist non-technical staff with complex IT issues.
