Key Responsibilities for the IT Business Analyst

Requirements and Qualifications

• Professional experience in supporting customer groups with the development and provision of IS solutions.
• Proven track record in designing or developing IT solutions for applications and infrastructure.
• Experience in preparing and delivering high-impact business cases to stakeholders.
• A qualification in Business Analysis, Lean, or Process management is considered ideal.
• Intermediate skills in communicating effectively and understanding complex business data.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and report to the Head of Demand Management.
