iOS Technical Lead

A Leading Financial Technology Firm is seeking an innovative iOS Technical Lead to drive native mobile application development in Bengaluru. In this senior technical position, you will take full ownership of the architecture, design, development, and deployment of secure iOS applications for banking and finance clients. Furthermore, you will lead the implementation of automated CI/CD pipelines, UI testing frameworks, and Fastlane tooling. The iOS Technical Lead must combine extensive native mobile development mastery in Swift and Objective-C with proven technical mentorship and team leadership capabilities. Operating within an Agile Scrum delivery model, you will enforce clean coding standards, apply MVVM design patterns, and optimize multi-threaded architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, native coding, and release deployment of enterprise-grade iOS mobile applications.
• Drive continuous improvements in mobile engineering methodologies, development workflows, and automated tooling.
• Mentor junior and mid-level iOS developers, conducting comprehensive code reviews and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineering squads to deliver high-impact mobile solutions.
• Architect and maintain robust CI/CD automation pipelines using Fastlane, Git version control, and automated release gates.
• Develop comprehensive unit tests and automated UI test suites to ensure high code quality and release reliability.
• Design responsive interfaces using SwiftUI and UIKit while implementing modular MVVM architectural patterns.
• Debug and resolve complex multi-threaded performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and crash reports.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an allied discipline.
• 7+ Years of total software development experience with 4+ years of dedicated native iOS development in Swift and Objective-C.
• Demonstrated track record of providing technical leadership and architectural governance within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with Fastlane, Git, CI/CD automation, automated UI testing, and MVVM design patterns.
• Solid understanding of banking, digital payments, financial products, and mobile security standards.
